Squab Storage is a proudly independent, family-run business offering premium self-storage and workspace solutions to homes and businesses across the Midlands and beyond. Our story began in 2006, when Emlyn Evans and his late father Keith Evans diversified their family’s long-standing farming enterprise near Leamington Spa. What started as a practical addition to the farm has grown into one of the UK’s most respected independent storage brands — combining traditional family values with modern innovation.

In 2015, Squab expanded beyond its original site with the development of new purpose-built storage facilities under Pigeon Enterprises Ltd., led by Managing Director and co-owner Alex Henney. Since then, the Squab network has grown to include award-winning facilities in Evesham, Stowmarket, Rubery, and Bridgwater & Warwick, with further developments on the horizon.

Each of our sites has been carefully designed and built to offer the very best in modern self-storage. We provide bright, secure, and accessible storage rooms of all sizes, complemented by flexible workspace, offices, and business support services such as confidential shredding and parcel collection.

For many, Squab is more than a storage provider — it’s a base of operations.
